In fact, the system treatment unit of the original wastewater treatment 3000M3/d can no longer meet the requirements of the current treatment water volume of 7,200m3/d. Therefore, it is proposed to construct a wastewater treatment transformation system, and the first phase will meet the treatment. The water quantity is 6000m3/d.

In order to reserve the space for further development, in response to the requirements of the “Water Pollutant Total Control” of the environmental protection department, and to maximize the concept of “energy saving and emission reduction, recycling economy, and resource reuse”, the company’s senior management attaches great importance to environmental protection work. It is proposed to construct a wastewater treatment and reuse system. The first phase meets the requirements of 6,000 m3/d of water discharge and 3000 m3/d of water. This project is a full service model for the transformation, design, construction and operation of Zhuhai Guohao Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. 1. The discharge water is 6000m3/d, and the water quality index reaches the “Guangdong Provincial Local Standard” Water Pollutant Emission Limit (DB44/26-2001). The second time standard is COD≤50. 2. The water consumption is 3000m3/d, and the water quality index reaches the water quality standard for rinsing and reuse of the National Environmental Protection Standard of the People's Republic of China HJ471-2009 (Technical Specification for Wastewater Treatment Engineering of Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry) and Water Quality Standard for Printing and Dyeing.
